Direct purchases
When you choose Buy direct, your order is placed with RAYVIN CITY LTD and Square securely processes your payment. One charger costs £17.99. This saves £1 compared with our current £18.99 eBay listing price; marketplace prices can change, so check the listing before ordering. Delivery to UK addresses is included, with no separate delivery charge, and is expected in 3–5 working days. RAYVIN CITY LTD is not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged and a VAT invoice is not provided. The checkout page shows the product, quantity and total price before you pay. Do not place another order if the confirmation page is delayed; first check the receipt sent by Square.
A payment confirmation acknowledges the transaction. If we cannot fulfil an order because of a stock, address or material pricing error, we will contact you and refund the affected payment to the original method.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Direct delivery is available to addresses in the United Kingdom only. It is included in the product price, so no separate delivery charge is added. The expected delivery time is 3–5 working days. Please provide a complete and accurate UK delivery address.
For direct orders, we offer a voluntary 30-day return window. Tell us within 30 calendar days after delivery that you want to return the product. After reviewing and confirming the request, we provide the operational return address and packing instructions privately by email; that address is not published on the website. The return receives a full refund of the amount paid for the returned product. We ask you to select a return category and, for a voluntary change-of-mind or other non-fault return, you are responsible for return postage. If the goods are faulty or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable return cost.
This voluntary policy does not replace your statutory rights. Where the UK 14-day cancellation right applies, you do not have to give a reason: select Statutory cancellation / no reason required
when contacting us. For a valid statutory cancellation, we refund the product price; delivery is included and there is no separately paid basic delivery charge. Refunds are made to the original payment method without a fee and, where the statutory cancellation rules apply, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever happens first.

The online form is optional; you may instead email us, and any clear statement that you are cancelling is sufficient where the statutory cancellation right applies. Nothing in these terms limits the legal rights available to UK consumers.
Marketplace purchases
Selecting a marketplace link takes you away from rcity.uk. Your order is placed through that marketplace with the seller identified in the listing. Please review the listing before checkout for the current seller identity, price, availability, package contents, delivery, returns and payment information.
The marketplace’s own terms and privacy notice also apply. Nothing in these website terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Product information
We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions and specifications accurate. The direct checkout or marketplace listing should be checked for the latest price, availability and offer. Charging speed depends on the connected device, cable, supported protocol and number of devices in use. Read the product user guide before use.
