Help after purchase

Returns & support

Use the marketplace order process first, then contact us if you need additional product support.

Get help with an order

Open the order in the eBay or TikTok Shop account used to buy the product and choose the available help, return or refund option. This keeps your request connected to the payment, delivery record and seller shown on the listing.

You can also email enquiry@rcity.uk. Include the marketplace name, order reference, purchase date and a clear description of the issue. Photographs may help with a physical fault. Do not send card details or passwords.

Returns and cancellation

The return route, address and instructions for your order are provided through the relevant marketplace and seller. Follow those instructions before posting an item.

Where UK distance-selling cancellation rights apply, a consumer normally has 14 days after receiving the goods to tell the seller they wish to cancel, followed by another 14 days to return them. Exceptions can apply. Faulty goods have separate protections.

For an official overview, see GOV.UK guidance on returns and refunds.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Goods sold to UK consumers must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their stated purpose. If your charger appears faulty, damaged, counterfeit or materially different from the listing, stop using it and contact the seller through the marketplace.

If the product becomes unusually hot, smells burnt, has visible damage or has been exposed to liquid, disconnect it safely and do not continue using it.

Warranty information

Any voluntary warranty offered for a product will be stated in the marketplace listing or documentation supplied with the order. We do not state a separate warranty period on this website.

Any voluntary warranty is in addition to your legal rights and does not replace or reduce them.

Before contacting support

  • Try a known-compatible USB-C cable and device.
  • For up to 65W, connect one compatible device to USB-C1 or USB-C2 using a suitable cable.
  • Disconnect other devices because output is shared when several ports are used.
  • Check that the socket, plug and cable show no visible damage.
